Conceived via IVF, Catherine and her husband, Ryan welcomed their beautiful daughter, Winter in 2018. For Catherine, her health journey really began when going through infertility. It wasn’t until her attempts to conceive, did she realize how many harmful toxins (and even medicines) can be on the shelves in our homes, and in our bodies.

“I really had to take mine and my family’s health into my own hands because we are the only ones who can make a difference for ourselves and our health.”

Living a healthy lifestyle meant eating wholesome foods that nourish her body and mind, and getting some form of exercise daily, even if it’s a 10 minute walk around the block with her dog, Foxie. When it comes to non-toxic living, that doesn’t just mean the things that go onto their bodies or products used to clean their home; it’s also medicines they take internally. Catherine prefers to take a natural approach and use homeopathic products when possible, and to supplement as even our most nutritious diets tend to lack.

That’s when Catherine fell in love with Orange Naturals, their products and what they stand for.

My Favourites

Our whole family loves Orange Naturals! We incorporate their products daily into our life. It would be hard to say my favourite products because I love all of the ones I have tried so far, but I would say the most used product in my house every day is their Collagen Skin Revive Powder. It’s good for our hair, skin, nails, joints and even gut health! Since I started supplementing with collagen, I have noticed a major difference in my hair and nails. They are both stronger, healthier and longer!
