Staying active is key to good health, and Jessie might just be one of the most active people we know!
She’s a personal trainer, yoga teacher, core specialist, and holistic nutritionist, as well as pre and post-natal health.
Jessie’s professional fitness journey began in high school at a local boxing gym where she did member orientation and shortly after became a certified trainer and fitness instructor. After graduating with a business degree from the University of Toronto in 2007, she pursued a corporate career in the finance industry. Seven years later, when she realized that her passion for health and fitness was being overshadowed by her 9-5 job, she and her husband, Joe, decided to sell their condo and quit their jobs to get back to what they love most. Jessie now trains private clients and teaches small yoga classes from her home gym in Markham.
When she’s not doing yoga and lifting weights, she loves to hike, rock climb, and spend time with her family. Her young daughter can’t get enough of our Kids Omega Squeeze. The tasty tangerine flavour goes so well with her morning yogurt that she can’t stop asking for more!
