Recipe: Gut Healing Overnight Oats

From maintaining regular bowel movements to supporting healthy digestion, fibre has got loads of benefits! And whole grain foods like oatmeal are great sources of this important carbohydrate.

Make your morning go smoother with this easy Gut Healing Overnight Oats. It features gut-loving ingredients like chia seeds and oats, as well as our Everyday Probiotics to help maintain a healthy balance of intestinal flora.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 capsules of Orange Naturals Everyday Probiotics
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened plant based milk
  • 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tsp of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Open 2 capsules of Everyday Probiotics and empty the contents into the sealable jar.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients into the sealable jar and give it a shake and stir until it’s all combined.
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  4. The next day, open and top your overnight oats with your favourite fruit and/or nut toppings and enjoy!
