If you blink, you’ll miss Taryn! With over 20 years in the fitness and yoga industry health is naturally top of mind for this busy wellness enthusiast. Taryn is always reaching for remedies to support her family needs. As a proud military spouse and mom of two, natural remedies are the go-to in Alyssia’s household.
