Making our products simple to use includes making them simple to get—you can’t use what you don’t have, after all! So we’re committed to sending you your order, and processing returns and exchanges, as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know.
We offer *free shipping for orders over $49 (before tax).
Please note that we don’t currently ship outside Canada, to Quebec (coming soon!) or to P.O. Boxes, and all of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order plus time for our shipping partners to put it in your hands (or in your mailbox, or waiting by your favourite furry friend on your porch).
*Please note this is for standard shipping only. If we are shipping to remote locations extra cost may apply. Our remote locations are based around outlines via Canada post.
Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email with your order number. This will be followed by a shipping confirmation email with reference to your tracking number. Hooray! If for whatever reason you need to make any changes to your order, either number along with your email will come in handy.

For any reason at all, if you’re not happy with your Orange Naturals product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.** Simply email us at [email protected] and provide us with your name, email address, order number and a product description for the item(s) you’re returning, and we’ll send you a return shipping label.
**Please note, if you’re returning an item to us, it must be in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. At this time shipping costs are none refundable.
