Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup full-fat coconut milk (the coconut cream that rises to the top)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tbsp KIDS Organic Fibre
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup and fibre.
- Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips.
