This Orange Strawberry Slushie is a fun, easy and nutritious way to keep your little ones cool while giving them an essential nutrient that supports over 800 biological reactions in the body.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut water 
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 scoops Kids Magnesium Drink Mix
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • 3-4 cups frozen sliced organic strawberries (or other favourite frozen fruit)

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
  3. Adjust consistency by adding more coconut water or frozen fruit if desired.
  4. Pour into four glasses and enjoy!
