A delicious, fun, and healthy snack that you can enjoy on a hot summer’s day! This Tangy Omega Yogurt Bark not only contains the nutritional benefits of yogurt and berries, but also omegas. If your child isn’t a fan of foods that rich in omega-3s, then KIDS Omega Squeeze is probably what you’re looking for.

KIDS Omega Squeeze is a creamy, squeezable omega-3 supplement. It can be enjoyed in a homemade popsicle, blended into a smoothie, as a topping for a healthy dessert, or just right off the spoon.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the entire baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle Omega Squeeze over the mixture. Have fun!
  5. Top with berries.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.
