Recommended Use
Helps stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in the intestine/gut. Source of fibre for the maintenance of good health.
Directions
Children (4 – 12 years) – Take 1 scoop per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake. Adolescents (12 – 18 years) – Take 1 scoop per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake. Adults (19 years and older) – Take 1 scoop, 1 – 2 times per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake.
Cautions
Ask a healthcare practitioner prior to use if • you have difficulty swallowing • you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide) • experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks • undiagnosed rectal bleeding • you have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product • you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. When taking this product • may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances (such as gas, bloating, cramps). Keep out of reach of children.
